• Multiple Products / Sets: 30 working days
• Dinner Sets: 45 working days
4. Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the products, their sizes, weights, and the delivery address provided during checkout.
5. Our deliveries are sent to the shipping address you provide during the checkout process.
6. We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.

Return Policy
Indian Heirloom Company does not offer returns on purchased products.
We do accept exchange requests only under the following conditions:
1. Quality/Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive exhibits a quality or manufacturing defect, we are committed to addressing this issue promptly.
2. Damaged in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will facilitate the necessary steps to address the issue.
- Please be advised that aside from the aforementioned situations, we do not entertain requests for returns or exchanges.
- We kindly request that you take immediate action in case of a manufacturing defect or a damaged item. Please photograph the defect or damage as soon as you open the packaging and contact our customer support team for further assistance.
