Domestic Shipping

1. Free Shipping not available.
2. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, after you have provided the shipping address.
3. Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the products, their sizes, weights, and the delivery address provided during checkout.
4. Our deliveries are sent to the shipping address you provide during the checkout process.
5. We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
6. Expected Delivery Timeline:
- Single Products: 7-10 Working Days
- Dinner and Other Sets: 20-30 Working Days

International Shipping

1. We offer Worldwide Shipping.
2. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, after you have provided the shipping address.
3. Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the products, their sizes, weights, and the delivery address provided during checkout.
4. For international orders, a fixed fee of USD 30, GBP 30, SGD 40, or AED 100 is applied, depending on the currency you use for your purchase.

5. Please note that Duties and Taxes for international orders are not included in your order total. They are separate charges that will be applied in addition to the shipping fees you pay during checkout.

6. Our deliveries are sent to the shipping address you provide during the checkout process.

7. It's important to be aware that most countries impose duties on imported items. These duties are typically assessed at the time of entry into the country's port and can vary depending on the destination country and the specific products being imported.

8. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency when their order is delivered. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and, as a result, the delivery cannot be completed, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided. 9. We accept all major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) as well as payments via PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).

Track Your Order

1. Following the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and information regarding the shipping agency.

2. To track your order, you can use the consignment/tracking number on the website of our shipping partner.

3. Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts before the package is returned to us. Please be aware that if the package is returned after these three attempts, we will not be able to provide any refunds.

4. To ensure a smooth delivery process, it's essential to provide a complete shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile phone number.

5. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect details, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Return & Exchange

Indian Heirloom Company does not offer returns on purchased products.
We do accept exchange requests only under the following conditions:
1. Quality/Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive exhibits a quality or manufacturing defect, we are committed to addressing this issue promptly.
2. Damaged in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will facilitate the necessary steps to address the issue.
- Please be advised that aside from the aforementioned situations, we do not entertain requests for returns or exchanges.
- We kindly request that you take immediate action in case of a manufacturing defect or a damaged item. Please photograph the defect or damage as soon as you open the packaging and contact our customer support team for further assistance.
