Please read the following regulations carefully so as to have a hassle free and informed shopping experience with Indian Heirloom Company.
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 10,000. ₹250 shipping charge for orders below Rs. 10,000.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process after you provide the shipping address.
- Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the products, their sizes, weights, and the delivery address provided during checkout.
- Deliveries are sent to the shipping address provided during the checkout process.
- We accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), net banking options across major banks, as well as recognized wallet and UPI options.
- Expected Delivery Timeline:
- Single Products: 10–15 working days
- Multiple Products: 15–20 working days
- Dinner Sets: 30–45 working days

Indian Heirloom Company does not offer returns on purchased products.
We do accept exchange requests only under the following conditions:
1. Quality/Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive exhibits a quality or manufacturing defect, we are committed to addressing this issue promptly.
2. Damaged in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will facilitate the necessary steps to address the issue.
- Please be advised that aside from the aforementioned situations, we do not entertain requests for returns or exchanges.
- We kindly request that you take immediate action in case of a manufacturing defect or a damaged item. Please photograph the defect or damage as soon as you open the packaging and contact our customer support team for further assistance.
In case of exchange, we will arrange the pick up and once we are satisfied with the condition of the product; we will dispatch the exchanged product
We do not provide cash refunds. If you are dissatisfied with the product quality an exchange can be provided. If you further are not pleased we can provide a gift card for the same amount
